Cancellation Policy – TF Cakes
Guidelines and deadlines for modifying or cancelling your online cake and flower orders.
1. Advance Cancellation Rules
Standard orders can be cancelled with a 100% full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
2. Same-Day, Express & Midnight Orders
Orders placed for same-day delivery, 2-hour express dispatch, or midnight surprise delivery enter the baking and frosting process immediately after booking. Therefore, same-day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
3. Customized, Tiered & Photo Cakes
Custom cakes require personalized artwork, edible photo printing, and structural work. These items cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
4. How to Request Cancellation
