While our dispatch team strives for utmost punctuality, delivery timings may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our direct control:

During such events, our riders prioritize safety and careful handling to ensure your cake arrives undamaged.
Recipient Handover & Single Attempt Policy
Because cakes and flowers are freshly prepared perishable food items:
- Our delivery executive makes a single attempt at the provided address.
- If the recipient is unavailable or phone unreachable, the order cannot be taken back to the kitchen or refunded.
- The rider may leave the package with building security or neighbors with your consent.
